Refund Policy for LAU Centennial Gala Sponsorships and Tickets

At Lebanese American University, we appreciate your commitment to supporting our centennial celebration through ticket and sponsorship purchases. We understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is important.

Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are available for sponsorship and ticket purchases under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted before September 15th, 2024. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our event planning and logistics.
  • Refunds will be issued less any processing fees incurred. These fees cover the costs of transaction processing by our payment providers and are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund: If you need to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our event support team via email at ed.shiner@lau.edu
  2. Provide your order details, including the transaction number, the name under which the purchase was made, and the amount.
  3. Specify the reason for the refund to help us better understand your needs and improve our services.

Processing Time: Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
